As a receptionist you are the first point of contact, and the first impression of Remark! our clients and visitors receive, so this is a vital role. You need to be professional in appearance, personable and polite at all times. The role requires an ability to deal with enquiries both on the telephone and in person so you need to quickly build a good working knowledge of Remark!, and the key departments and staff.
The receptionist’s responsibilities will include meeting and greeting clients, customers, students, and couriers, managing the phones, and meeting rooms.
